Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Tinkyada elbow macaroni cooked
  • 3/4 cup plant-based Italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives sliced
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/8 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours. Toss gently before serving.
