  • 1 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
  • 1 tsp Celery Salt
  • 4 tbsp Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Avocado large
  • 2 tbsp White Onion diced
  • 1 15oz Can of Chickpeas rinsed, drained, NO PRESERVATIVES
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper


  • Mash half of the avocado into a bowl
  • Add onion, cilantro, lime, salt, pepper, mustard, and stir mixing all together
  • Add the other half of the avocado that has been diced
  • Add the chickpeas and stir
