Baked Maple Tempeh

  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth ***Click on our Homemade Vegetable Broth link
  • 2 tsp maple syrup pure grade
  • 1/2 tsp thyme dried
  • 1/2 tsp sage dried
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper fresh cracked
  • 8 oz tempeh cubed


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees while you line a small casserole dish with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl mix all the ingredients then dish into the lined casserole dish.
  • Bake until the liquid is mostly absorbed and the tempeh is heated through for about 22 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!


Serve with some flavorful quinoa or roasted veggies.
