Ingredients
  

  • 4 dates
  • 3/4 cup soy milk NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 2 bananas
  • 7 ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • water

Instructions
 

  • Place the dates in a bowl and cover with water. Soak for 8-10 minutes or until soft.
  • Throw out the water and toss the dates into the blender with all the other ingredients. Blend on medium speed for approximately 1 minute or until smooth.
