Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup flax meal can substitute with wheat germ
  • 8 oz soy yogurt any flavor, NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar optional
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit sliced

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flax meal, yogurt, and agave together in a small bowl.
  • Using two serving bowls, spoon the granola into the bottom. Then layer in the soy yogurt, and then a layer of fresh fruit. Repeat the layering until all ingredients are gone. Serve immediately.
