  • 4 small Shallots quartered, cut lengthwise
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Fresh Dillweed chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Black Pepper
  • 1 pound Brussel sprouts trim and cut in halve


  • Steam the Brussels sprouts for about 7 minutes until tender
  • Using a large skillet heat the oil on medium heat, add shallots and cook for 5 minutes
  • Add the Brussels sprouts and salt and pepper to taste cook for about 5 minutes
  • Add the dillweed and stir mix well and serve
