Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries

  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts ends trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cranberries dried
  • 2 tsp agave nectar
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts toasted


  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat then add in the Brussels Sprouts.
  • Cook for 10 to 11 minutes or until crispy and beginning to brown, stirring occasionally.
  • Add in the cranberries, agave, and salt; cook about 5 minutes. Top the Brussels sprouts with toasted pine nuts and enjoy.
