Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup carrots thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger fresh, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil toasted
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste sweet
  • 1 tsp date syrup
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper fresh cracked

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until liquified. Enjoy over a nice rainbow salad.

Notes

Keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days.
