  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup banana slices
  • 1 cup carrots peeled, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp chia seeds ground
  • 1/2 cup date pitted, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom dried
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 oz protein powder plant-based
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract pure
  • 1 cup zucchini peeled, chopped

Instructions
