Cashew Lemon Dip

  • 1 cup cashews raw, unsalted
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Soak the cashews in water overnight. The next day drain and rinse the cashews.
  • In a blender add the cashews, salt, lemon juice, agave, turmeric, and water.
  • Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides to make sure everything is incorporated. Keeps for up to 3 days in the fridge. Enjoy!
