  • 2 lbs celery root
  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees while you line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Peel the celery root then cut into chunky chip pieces.
  • Place the pieces into a bowl and toss with the olive oil.
  • Spread out onto the prepared baking sheet then sprinkle with the sea salt and onion powder.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crisp at the edges. Serve immediately and enjoy!
