Preheat the oven to 350 degrees while you line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Add all the dry ingredients but the salt to a medium sized mixing bowl. Mix well, then add salt to taste. Pour the melted butter, water, maple syrup over the dry mix and stir to incorporate.
Spoon the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan and press down to about 1/4 inch of thickness.
Bake for 22 to 25 minutes; until the edges start to brown or until the mix is no longer wet.
After granola completely cools, store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
