Chocolate and Peanut Butter Quinoa

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1 1/2 cups soy milk NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar


  • In a medium saucepan, bring the quinoa and soy milk to a slow simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes or until quinoa is done. Stir often.
  • Remove from the heat and add in the peanut butter, cocoa, and the agave nectar.
