Chocolate and Peanut Butter Quinoa
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1 1/2 cups soy milk NO SODIUM BENZOATE
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- In a medium saucepan, bring the quinoa and soy milk to a slow simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes or until quinoa is done. Stir often.
- Remove from the heat and add in the peanut butter, cocoa, and the agave nectar.
