Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Napa cabbage shredded
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 2 scallions chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce low sodium, NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, scallions, and bell pepper. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and agave, and sesame seeds until mixed well.
  • Slowly pour the olive oil mixture over the cabbage mixture and gently toss.
