Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 zucchini sliced thinly
  • 2 yellow squash sliced thinly
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning ***Click on Italian Seasoning Recipe link
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp hot chili sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, saut√© the onions and garlic in the olive oil for 2 minutes. Add in the zucchini, yellow squash, and tomato and cook for about 5 minutes or until squash is soft.
  • Stir in the Italian seasoning and cook for 1 more minute.
  • Mix in the nutritional yeast and hot sauce.
