- 1/2 loaf cornbread *see our Cornbread recipe link
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees while you line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the 1/2 loaf of cornbread into 1 inch cubes then place in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cornbread is dry and toasted.
Enjoy over any salad or as addition for stuffing.
