Preheat the oven to 400 degrees while you line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the chickpea flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl; mix well.
Blot the drained chickpeas with a paper towel to dry them, then toss with the seasoned flour.
Place the floured chickpeas on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees then toss chickpeas with a spatula. Turn off the heat and place pan back in the oven for 5 more minutes.
Let cool and enjoy snacking.
