Crispy Chickpeas

  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 14 oz chickpeas canned, drained
  • 1/4 cup flour chickpea
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees while you line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the chickpea flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl; mix well.
  • Blot the drained chickpeas with a paper towel to dry them, then toss with the seasoned flour.
  • Place the floured chickpeas on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees then toss chickpeas with a spatula. Turn off the heat and place pan back in the oven for 5 more minutes.
  • Let cool and enjoy snacking.
