- 1 cup dandelions
- 1 tbsp ginger root unpeeled
- 4 tbsp coconut water fresh, so sugar added or preservatives
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper ground
- Juice together the dandelions, and ginger along with the coconut water to help with the juicing. Sprinkle the shot with cayenne pepper.
- Drink immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours. Enjoy!
