Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup soy milk NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp flour no bleached flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Earth Balance butter
  • 12 thick sliced bread

Instructions
 

  • Add in flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour mixture into a shallow pan or pie plate.
  • Heat butter in a large skillet. Dip each bread slice into the mixture and fry until golden brown on each side,
