Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp cold Earth Balance butter or other plant-based butter
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened soy milk NO SODIUM BENZOATE

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, onion powder, garlic, and salt.
  • Add the Earth Balance butter or other plant based butter. Mash with fork until crumbly.
  • Add in the soy milk a little at a time Mix until dough forms.
  • Knead a few minutes on a floured surface, then roll out to a 3/4 inch thickness. Cut into approximately 3 inch rounds.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until done.
