"Egg" Mayonnaise

  • Food Processor


  • 1 cup tofu firm
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise plant based
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric ground
  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan black salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper fresh


  • Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth and silky.
  • Keeps well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to seven days.


Use in the "Tuna" recipe for a egg flavored addition.
