Garlic Artichoke and Capers Puttanesca

  • Stove


  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 14 oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup black olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup green olives sliced
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp basil dried or fresh
  • 3/4 tsp parsley dried or fresh
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 12 oz Tinkyada spaghetti cooked


  • Prepare the Tinkyada spaghetti pasta according to package instructions. Keep warm.
  • In a large skillet, sauté garlic in the olive oil for about 3 minutes. Reduce heat and add the the remaining ingredients except the spaghetti noodles.
  • Simmer on medium low for 12 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  • Pour sauce over hot cooked noodles.
