  • 1 cup baby kale fresh
  • 1 cup pineapple frozen, chunks
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup banana fresh, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
  • 1/2 cup avocado ripe, pitted
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt


  • Combine together all ingredients in a blender then pulse until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours. Enjoy!
