  • 1/2 cup avocado peeled, chopped
  • 2 cups gem lettuce roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tsp mint dried
  • 1 cup water divided
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
  • 1 tsp date syrup


  • Place the avocado, lettuce, spinach, and mint into a blender with half of the water and process until smooth.
  • Add remaining water and blend to achieve your preferred thickness.
  • Pour into a tall glass then stir in a little lemon juice and date syrup, to taste. Enjoy!
