- 1/3 cup hummus organic, plain
- 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp water splash more if necessary
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together. Make sure to add more water if needed for a pourable consistency.
Serves well over roasted vegetables, salads, or as a veggie dip.
