Pizza Crust

  • 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 3/4 cup water lukewarm, divided
  • 2 1/2 cups flour no bleached flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Pizza Sauce

  • 1/2 cup tomato passata
  • 1/8 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper cracked
  • 10 leaves bail fresh

Pizza Dough

  • Add the flour, salt, and yeast in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  • Add in the water and oil combining by hand then kneading till a dough forms.
  • Cover the bowl of dough with a clean kitchen towel and let sit until it doubles in size.
  • Preheat the oven to 480 degrees.
  • Divide the dough and onto two pizza pans lined with parchment paper dusted with flour. Place to the side.


  • Mix the tomato passata, salt, garlic powder, oregano.


  • Spread the sauce on the pizza dough, top with "cheese" and sprinkle with cracked pepper. Bake the pizza's in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Top with fresh basil leaves and enjoy.
