  • 2 cups mixed berries frozen; *blackberries, blueberries, strawberries
  • 1 cup hemp milk unsweetened
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup banana fresh, sliced
  • 2 tbsp date syrup
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender then pulse until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or place in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours. Enjoy!
