  • Food Processor


  • 2/3 cup almonds raw, shelled
  • 1/3 cup cashews raw, shelled
  • 1/3 cup pecans raw, shelled
  • 1/2 cup walnuts raw, shelled
  • 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 tbsp dates pitted
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon ground


  • Place all of the nuts into the food processor and process for about 3 minutes until smooth.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients then process again for about 8 minutes at slow speed until mixture turns creamy.
  • Place in a airtight container with a lid at room temperature for up to 10 days.
