Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nuts mixed, no salt added
  • 1/2 cup seeds mixed, no salt added
  • 3/4 cup fruit dried, assorted, no sugar added
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in airtight container for up to 7 to 10 days. Enjoy!

Notes

Serve with the plant-based milk or plant-based yogurt of your choice.
