  • 11/2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard whole grain
  • 2 tsp date syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon zest grated
  • 3/4 tsp mayonnaise plant based
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin


  • Place all of the ingredients in the blender and pulse until well combined.
  • Place in a air tight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy!


Serves well over all kinds of salads and vegetable dishes. Keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days.
