- 11/2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard whole grain
- 2 tsp date syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon zest grated
- 3/4 tsp mayonnaise plant based
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
- Place all of the ingredients in the blender and pulse until well combined.
- Place in a air tight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy!
Serves well over all kinds of salads and vegetable dishes. Keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days.
