  • 1 cup nuts shelled, raw
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 whole dates pitted


  • Blend the nuts and dates with the water in a food processor on high. Pour the mixture through a nut bag or piece of muslin over a bowl.
  • Once all the liquid has strained through, squeeze the cloth to release any remaining liquid.
  • Transfer liquid to a air-tight bottle or jar and store in the fridge for up to 3 days before using. Enjoy!
