Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Earth Balance butter melted
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 1/2 cups soy milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper fresh cracked

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until everything comes together.
  • Transfer to a saucepan over low-medium heat and stir continuously until sauce thickens; about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
