- 1 1/2 cups plant-based plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cucumbers grated or finely chopped.
- 1 tbsp fresh mint or fresh dill chopped
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice until well mixed.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve cold.
