Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups gem lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber peeled, sliced
  • 1/2 cup purple onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Dressing

  • 4 serving Carrot and Ginger Dressing *see our Carrot and Ginger Dressing recipe link

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the lettuce on a shallow serving platter then layer with the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and sesame seeds.
  • Drizzle with the Carrot and Ginger Dressing and enjoy.
