Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup red bell pepper seeded, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/4 cups vegetable broth ***Click on our Homemade Vegetable Broth recipe link
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Combine the bell peppers, garlic, and broth in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
  • Sift in the cornstarch to thicken the sauce and continue to cook another 3 minutes.
  • Transfer sauce to a food processor then process into a smooth puree. Enjoy!

Serves well with a number of dishes.
