Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 pieces dates thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown rice short grain
  • 1 cup apples chopped small
  • 1 cup banana chopped small
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon ground

Instructions
 

  • Boil the rice in the almond milk for about 25 minutes until the rice is soft.
  • Add the rice pudding to a bowl and top it off with the apples, banana and dates, sprinkle with cinnamon, enjoy!

Notes

Tip: Add a tablespoon a ground flaxseeds or chia for a extra boost.
