  • 1/2 cup almonds raw, slivered
  • 1/2 cup cashews raw, slivered
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds raw, slivered
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds raw, slivered
  • 3 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 cup dates pitted, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water warm
  • 3 tbsp date syrup warmed
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest grated
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees while you line a high wall baking pan with parchment paper that lines the entire inside of the pan.
  • Take all of the ingredients and place into a large bowl then mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to the prepared baking pan then press down firmly until mixture reaches the edges and is packed down well.
  • Bake for 17-20 minutes or until mixture takes on a golden color. Remove pan from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool completely. Place pan in the freezer for about 20 minutes to help firm up the mix before cutting.
  • Gently transfer the now cooled mixture onto a cutting board after removing the parchment paper and cut into 10 separate bars. Wrap bars individually for a quick energy bar on the go and enjoy.
