Roasted Cauliflower and Lemon

  • 1 1/2 cup cauliflower florets thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tsp date syrup lightly heated
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
  • 1/2 tbsp Kosher salt


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees while you line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together the olive oil and lightly heated date syrup; then toss cauliflower pieces in the oil.
  • Place the cauliflower pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast for 25 or until the cauliflower is just tender and browning on the edges.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice the sprinkle with kosher salt. Enjoy!
