  • Stove


  • 6 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 3 tbsp Earth Balance Butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • In a large stock pot, add water to a boil and stir in cornmeal. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 20 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent the bottom from sticking. Polenta is done when mixture is thick and sticky.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and stir well.
