- Kitchen Stand Mixer with Splash Lid
- 1 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 8 tbsp soy milk unflavored, room temperature
- 3 tsp lemon juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Place all of the ingredients in the stand mixer with the splash lid and whip on high until mixture starts to take on the texture of whipped cream. Enjoy!
Serve with several dishes as a topping or as the base for other sauces.
