  • 12 oz spinach frozen package
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts drained
  • 1/4 cup Earth Balance Butter plant-based
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 degree.
  • Blend spinach and artichokes together in blender until pureed.
  • In a small saucepan on low heat, melt the margarine. Slowly whisk in flour, stirring constantly until a smooth consistency.
  • Remove from the stove and stir in the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  • Add in remaining ingredients.
  • Place combined ingredients in a casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
