Spicy Cauliflower with Coriander

  • 1/2 cup Onion shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cayenne
  • 1 tbsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 medium Cauliflower Head cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp Grapeseed Oil
  • 1/2 cup Pureed Tomatoes


  • Steam the cauliflower for about 5 minutes and set aside
  • Using a large skillet heat the oil on medium heat
  • Add the garlic, ginger, and onion to the large skillet stir and cook for about 5 minutes
  • After the 5 minutes stir in the coriander, cumin, cayenne, tomatoes, and salt
  • Add the steamed cauliflower and cook, keep stirring until all mix together
  • Add a little water if the mixture is too dry.
  • Reduce heat to low cover and cook for about 5 minutes until the cauliflower is tender
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve
