  • Oven
  • Blender or Food Processor


  • 2 cups sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika optional


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • On a baking sheet, spread out the sesame seeds in a thin layer. Toast for 5 minutes shaking once for even toasting.
  • Once the sesame seeds have cooled, place in blender or food processor with olive oil. Blend until a smooth consistency. Garnish with paprika if desired.
