- 15 oz tofu firm
- 1 cup tofu silken
- 1/2 cup parsley chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp lemon juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
- 1/2 tsp agave nectar
- 1 tsp black pepper fresh cracked
- Drain the package of firm tofu and pat dry the crumble into a large bowl.
- Add in the silken tofu, parsley, salt, lemon juice, agave, and black pepper; mix well.
- Refrigerate until needed. Drain liquid before using.
