  • 15 oz tofu firm
  • 1 cup tofu silken
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
  • 1/2 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 tsp black pepper fresh cracked


  • Drain the package of firm tofu and pat dry the crumble into a large bowl.
  • Add in the silken tofu, parsley, salt, lemon juice, agave, and black pepper; mix well.
  • Refrigerate until needed. Drain liquid before using.
