Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup agave nectar
  • 1/3 cup Earth Balance butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup flax meal or wheat germ
  • 3/4 cup dried fruit diced small

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • In a medium pan, melt butter and stir in agave, butter, and vanilla extract over low heat.
  • On a large baking sheet, toss together the oats, flax meal and dried fruit. Spread out into a single layer.
  • Sprinkle the agave mixture over the oats and fruit, tossing to combine.
  • Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes, gently tossing once during cooking. Granola will firm as it cools.
