White Bean Tuscan and Broccoli Rabe

This dish is great with garlic bread. Broccoli rabe is not broccoli.

  • 1 bunch Broccoli Rabe
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary
  • 2 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
  • 2 15oz Cans of Cannellini Beans drained and rinsed


  • Cook the broccoli rabe in a saucepan with salted water for about 5 minutes until tender
  • Drain water and rinse with cold water
  • Chopped into small pieces
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat add garlic cook for about 30 seconds
  • Stir in the beans and rosemary and add cooked broccoli rabe
  • Cook for about 10 minutes, stir while cooking
