Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups orange segments rind and pith removed, halved
  • 3 cups honeydew melon flesh removed, seeded
  • 1 cup strawberries tops removed, hulled, quartered
  • 1 cup black grapes seeded, halved
  • 3/4 cup kiwi fruit peeled, sliced, halved
  • 2/3 cup orange juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh squeezed, no sugar added or preservatives
  • 1 tsp date syrup

Instructions
 

  • Use a melon baller on the honeydew melon to create little spheres then add to a large bowl.
  • Add in the orange segments, quartered strawberries, grape halves, kiwi pieces, orange juice, lemon juice, and date syrup. Mix together well then place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to allow flavors to combine. Stir well again just before serving. Enjoy!
