Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Extra Firm Tofu drained and patted dry
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup low in added sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Low Sodium, NO SODIUM BENZOATE
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1/2 tsp Sweet Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper ground
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts ground
  • 2/3 cup Onion diced
  • 3/4 cup Old-Fashion Oats
  • 3/4 cup Wheat Gluten Flour
  • 1 tsp Grapeseed Oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Lightly oil 9-inch loaf pan. Set aside
  • Using a large skillet heat the teaspoon of oil on medium heat
  • Add the onion and garlic and cover cook for 5 minutes
  • Using the food processor combine the tofu soy sauce, ketchup, and tahini until mixture is smooth
  • Add the onion and garlic mixture, and all remaining ingredients
  • Pulse until thoroughly combined
  • Take the mixture from food processor and place into the prepared 9-inch pan
  • Smooth the top of the loaf
  • Bake for 1 hour
  • Cook for 10 minutes before serving
