Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Using the food processor add the lemon juice, tahini, garlic, miso paste, cayenne, and water and process until smooth and set aside
Add the linguine to a large saucepan of boiling water with a pinch of salt stir occasionally and cook for 10 minutes
Add the spinach ad stir for about 1 minute until spinach is wilted
Drain the water and return to the pot
Add the sesame oil and the tahini sauce toss and mix well
Transfer the mixture to 9-inch deep-dish pan
Sprinkle with sesame seeds to the top and cook for about 20 minutes or golden brown, and serve
