Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Avocado diced
  • 1 large Cucumber peeled and diced
  • 1/2 large Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/2 medium White Onion diced
  • 1 large Heirloom Tomato diced
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 5 small Pepperoncinis diced

Instructions
 

  • Mixed all chopped veggies in a medium-sized bowl
  • Pour oil and red wine vinegar over all veggies
  • Add salt and pepper stir well and serve
